About Lauren Fiel
I have spent over ten years supporting the wellness of pregnant families. In my work as a nurse, I have found many limitations in Western medicine when it comes to medical issues and pregnancy care, especially the more nuanced emotional aspects. My goal is to integrate western medical knowledge with the intuition based approaches of holistic care. On a personal level, I have found that my most profound healing has happened when I let my body's wisdom lead the way. My work with clients is no different. I support individuals and families who are experiencing insomnia, depression and anxiety. My goal is to guide them to a place of peace and stability so that they can more fully enjoy life and find a sense of ease in their days.
I am ever grateful for all of my teachers and mentors who continue to guide me on this path. I am also deeply grateful to inhabit this piece of earth in Catabwa, Ocaneechee, and Eno territory that is now called Durham. I am deeply committed to deconstructing the limitations placed on us in the modern world by firmly rooting ourselves in the healing ways of our own intuition.
